Hongjun said: The Great Diffraction is fifty, and the Heavenly Diffraction is forty-nine. Zhang Wen said: the great diffusion of fifty, I diffuse one. Hongjun said: heaven and earth is not benevolent to all things for ruminants, so the saints are not defeated so invincible. Zhuangzi said: saints do not die, more than thieves. Therefore, the saint is not benevolent to the people as ruminants. Zhang Wen said: the way of heaven, the way of the earth, the way of all things, the way of all beings, I am the way. I am the Tao. I steal from heaven, from the earth, from all things, from all beings, and from everything. Therefore, if heaven and earth are not kind to take everything as ruminants, and if the saints are not kind to take the people as ruminants, then I will steal heaven and earth, steal the saints, and steal all things.
